We always look forward to sharing our industry knowledge, high quality of work, and professionalism with our clients. Our team puts much thought and attention into a client proposal. For that reason we are very excited to share a proposal with you.
We are humans and because of that we could have created a typo or miscommunicated something in way that could have been said better. Should you have any questions or concerns about your proposal from any regard please don’t hesitate to ask.
Attached to your proposal email you will find Attachment A. Attachment A is a comprehensive, detailed list of services and their rates. There you will find rates for the services you requested and possibly other services we offer that are relevant to your property.
Step 1:
Carefully read our Terms and Conditions below.
Step 2:
Review Attachment A in its entirety, which contains a description of how your services will be delivered as well as the pricing of each.
Step 3:
Reply to the proposal email with any questions you may have. If you approve of our Terms and Conditions and your Attachment A, reply to the proposal email that you received that you would like to proceed with the proposed work, which will activate your services.
Once we receive an email from you asking us to move forward we will reply to you with a deposit invoice and dates when you can expect us. All proposals are good for 30 days. Accepted proposals for work not completed after 60 days will become expired and must be re-proposed based on current job site conditions, labor, fuel costs, etc.
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you!

GENERAL SERVICES
Mowing and trimming season begins late March to April and ends late October to early November. As spring rainfall dissipates mowing and trimming may be moved to every two weeks at your request. If we spend too much time on your lawn because the grass is too tall or thick, we will ask that your return to a weekly schedule.
If requested we will bag clippings for lawns that are on a weekly schedule. The fee to bag will be 25% of your normal mowing rate.
Due to jobs taking less or more time to complete as well as weather and other job logistics we may need to complete your scheduled job within a day before or after your scheduled date. If your date will vary more than that we will contact you and give you a re-scheduled date.
Should we arrive to complete a scheduled job and you decide not to allow work to occur that day a Show Up Fee will be assessed. Typically this fee is $38 but based on your job site location that fee may be more.
OBSTACLES & FEATURES
If you have obstacles or features such as lawn ornaments, landscape lights, invisible pet fence wires, cable lines, other wires, sprinkler heads, drain outlets, etc. throughout your lawn please point each item out when we give you your onsite quote or before we begin any work with you.
We accept no responsibility for damage to obstacles and features that we are not made aware of prior to providing services.
